Don't misuse the Site — no breaching security, disrupting it, scraping, uploading malware, or unlawful/infringing use.
The Site and its content, including the STEM4U name and logo, are owned by STEM4U or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
Registrations and payments are also governed by your Enrollment Agreement and Refund Policy, and processed by our third-party payment provider.
The Site may link to or use third-party services (e.g., registration/payment platforms). We're not responsible for their content or practices.
Your use is subject to our Privacy Policy, including how we handle children's information under COPPA.
The Site is provided "as is," without warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
