What your child does

Every session is small-group and hands-on with the ideas — kids work problems, explain their thinking, and get real attention from a coach who notices exactly where they're stuck. We don't race through a worksheet; we build understanding one solid step at a time, so what clicks today is still there next month.

Work is aligned to your child's place in the Virginia course sequence, so class gets easier, not just "more math." Kids who need to shore up foundations do; kids who are ready to move ahead do that too.

Three things we focus on

• Foundations — number sense, operations and fractions: the building blocks, made solid.
• Grade-level mastery — aligned to the Virginia math sequence, from elementary grade levels through middle-school Pre-Algebra, so your child stays ahead in class.
• Confidence — word problems, reasoning and test readiness: real understanding, not drill-and-kill.
